How the Custom Process Works
1 — Share Your Idea
Submit a design request using the form below.
You can describe your idea in as much or as little detail as you’d like.
2 — I’ll Review Your Request
I’ll confirm whether the design is doable and provide:
✔ price
✔ timeline
✔ any clarifying questions
If adjustments are needed, we’ll discuss options together.
3 — Approve & Checkout
Once you approve the final design summary + price, you’ll receive an invoice to complete your purchase.
4 — Your Box is Created & Shipped
Your canvas is hand-sketched, your materials are prepared, and your Paint & Go Box is mailed to you with care.
Custom Paint Box
Before submitting your order request, please read the details below to ensure you understand the policies. Submitting means that you understand, read, and agree to the terms and conditions.

Debit, Credit, Apple Pay, or Cash app are accepted. No cash accepted. If utilizing cash app an additional $2 dollar fee will be applied
If you need your paint box for a certain day, you must sumbit an order request least 2 weeks in advance.
Shipping cost may vary depending on your location.
All custom paint boxes are non-refundable.
There is a $30 dollar security deposit required upon submission of your request. Your order will not be reviewed until it is paid. Your deposit will be deducted from the total balance.
